Who is responsible. This is Kevin Murcko's personal website. For any question about your data, email me@kevinmurcko.com.

What is collected. Only what you send through the contact form: your name, email address, organisation (optional), the topic you choose and your message. Nothing else is asked for, and the site sets no tracking or advertising cookies.

Why. To read and reply to your message. The legal basis is your request to be contacted and Kevin's legitimate interest in answering it. Your details are not sold, shared for marketing, or added to a mailing list.

Who processes it. The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc., which receives form submissions and passes them on by email, and keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security. Netlify may process data outside the EU under its own data-processing terms. Fonts are served from this site, not from a third party.

Videos. Videos are not loaded until you press play. When you do, the video plays from YouTube's privacy-enhanced service (youtube-nocookie.com), and Google's privacy policy applies to that playback.

Links. Links to other sites, such as LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Spotify or a booking page, are governed by those sites' own policies.

How long. Messages are kept only as long as needed to deal with them, and deleted on request.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing the address above. If you are in the EU or EEA, you can also complain to your local data-protection authority; in Estonia that is the Andmekaitse Inspektsioon.
